Justin Shal, MS, CSCS, PES
Owner / Performance Director
Justin has been actively coaching people for optimal performance as a professional for over 10 years. After receiving his B.S. in Kinesiology from Penn State University, he gained valuable experience in both the sports performance and rehabilitation disciplines, allowing him to assess and train clients utilizing multiple approaches. He earned an M.S. in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from Cal U of PA while putting to use his new knowledge every day as the leader of a team of trainers in a commercial gym setting. After spending time as an Injury Prevention Specialist in the oil & gas industry, he eventually made his way back to his true passion of training people for greater performance. Justin brings a lifelong desire to learn and put new knowledge to use to help his clients reach a new level each session.
A native of Michigan and 2-time All-American volleyball player at Spring Arbor University, Anna knows what it takes to be successful at the next level. Anna has developed a following of volleyball players from the area due to her knowledge and desire to win. Anna's friendly demeanor can be deceiving - when it's time to get down to business, Anna pushes our clients to the edge of their limits..
Katie is a senior at Slippery Rock University who is completing her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science. After graduation in May, she will pursue a full-time career in personal training, while studying for her Master’s degree in Performance Enhancement, Injury Prevention, and Rehab Science. She is dedicated to the fitness and is currently in training for the Mr. & Ms. SRU Bodybuilding show, and the NPC Natural Ohio Championships in April of 2017. She hopes to keep competing and eventually see herself on the stage at nationals as a figure competitor. Katie's infectious energy and positive demeanor has helped our fitness clients break many of their wellness goals.
