    Justin has been actively coaching people for optimal performance as a professional for over 10 years. After receiving his B.S. in Kinesiology from Penn State, he gained valuable experience in both the sports performance and rehabilitation disciplines, allowing him to assess and train clients utilizing multiple approaches. He earned an M.S. in Exercise Science from Cal U while putting to use his new knowledge every day as the leader of a team of trainers in a commercial gym setting. After spending time as an Injury Prevention Specialist in the oil & gas industry, he eventually made his way back to his true passion of training people for greater performance. Justin brings a lifelong desire to learn and put new knowledge to use to help his clients reach a new level each session.
