Justin has been actively coaching athletes and weekend warriors for optimal performance as a professional for over 15 years. After receiving a B.S. in Kinesiology from Penn State, he gained valuable experience in both the sports performance and rehabilitation disciplines, allowing him to assess and train clients utilizing multiple approaches. He earned an M.S. in Exercise Science from Cal U while putting to use his improved knowledge every day as the leader of a team of trainers in a commercial gym setting. Justin brings energy and presence to every session to motivate clients to reach beyond their goals and achieve unexpected results. Voted one of the top 3 personal trainers in Pittsburgh by PGH City Paper readers in 2021!
