Welcome to the new Pure Edge blog!

So here it is. The space I've been wanting to put together for a long time, but finally got the cojones to do it. In this space you'll find articles written by Pure Edge Performance Coaches about training, nutrition, and general fitness advice, as well as answers to questions submitted by YOU. I'll be the first to admit I don't have all the answers, but with 12+ years and hundreds if not thousands of clients trained in that time, I can get you pretty damn close. I've amassed a good bit of knowledge in that time, and I'm ready to open it up to you. All questions and answers will be anonymously posted on the blog, so don't be shy. How can we help you today?
